A Vibrant Career in Opera
Brenda Boozer has had a wondrous career, performing with Katherine Hepburn in the Broadway production of Coco, performing leading mezzo-soprano roles with many of the world’s most prestigious opera companies, and performing at the Metropolitan Opera in roles including: Octavian in Der Rosenkavalier, The Composer in Ariadne auf Naxos, Niclausse in Les Contes d’Hoffman, Suzuki in Madama Butterfly, Meg Page in Falstaff, Cornelia in Giulio Cesare, Olga in Eugene Onegin, Marcella in Il Furioso, Cenerentola in La Cenerentola, and Hansel in Hansel und Gretel, in which she made her debut.
